Section 22: Measures for beneficiation and innovation, advancing creation of jobs, intensification of labour absorption and development of small enterprises within particular geographical area

When procuring, a procuring institution may, in accordance with prescribed conditions, provide for measures to advance the creation of jobs, intensification of labour absorption, beneficiation, innovation and the development of small enterprises within a particular geographical area.
